Osteopathy

Thomas has been in the field of human performance for over 15 years.

His path to becoming an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner started with a passion for peak performance. Before diving into osteopathy, Thomas’s experience as a High-Performance Strength Coach with Alpine Canada took him around the world. Working with the Women’s Alpine Ski Team, he witnessed firsthand the demands placed on the body and the intricate dance between injury, rehabilitation, and peak performance. This experience fueled his desire to understand how to optimize not just physical function, but overall well-being.

What truly sets Thomas apart is his genuine interest in you. His award-winning thesis, “A Qualitative Study on the Role of Altruism in Graduates of the Collège D’Études Ostéopathique,” reflects his deep curiosity about the human experience. He sees osteopathy as a way to connect the dots between the body’s structure, the mind’s influence, and the human spirit. For Thomas, it’s a vocation, not just a job, and he brings this enthusiasm and a curious mind to every treatment.

Thomas believes in a collaborative approach. He listens intently to understand your story – your goals, challenges, and what “feeling your best” means to you. This partnership is key to crafting a personalized treatment approach that goes beyond symptom relief.

When Thomas isn’t in the clinic, you might find him scaling a mountain, hitting the gym, or exploring a new city. His diverse interests – from art and reading to staying active – fuel his well-rounded perspective and his ability to connect with people from all walks of life. This openness to life translates into his osteopathic care, creating a positive and supportive environment for your healing journey.

For nearly two-decades, Thomas has honed his skills, not just as a therapist, but as a partner in your journey to optimal health. He is here to guide you towards lasting well-being, tailored to your unique needs.
